About this app
Mixological was planned and created as a personal project during quarantine, when cocktails became a more prominent part of life. The idea was to create a personalized recipe book for mixologists, so that wherever they may be, they can bring their favorite classics with them on the go.
In the app you will find a comprehensive collection of alcoholic and other drinks to explore, different search and lookup options, hidden features and more. You can try variations of your personal picks, learn how to make shakes and coffee drinks amongst other categories.

It's OK. But other apps have far more recipes and, worse, a significant number of these recipes are incorrect. For instance, the Aviation recipe completely omits one of the proper ingredients. If you are looking for anything more than basic recipes and know anything about mixology, this is not useful.

Very aesthetic and intuitive cocktail database. I would like more filters and some recipes are metric and some are standard, would be nice to choose one or the other. I like the dark mode but consider a slightly less than pitch black background, like a 80% grey or navy blue. Maybe its me but I find a true black background harder to read against.

This app is great! Living in New Orleans, its useful to have an app like this. I found it easy to use and pleasing to the eye. A large listing of drinks, ranging from shots to punchbowl and most everything in between. The filter system for searching drinks is easy and helpful. I'm looking forward to seeing more drinks and features added. The only complaint I have is that there was no recipe for a classic hurricane.
